J. Janda

There is no one who performs a mighty deed in my name
who can at the same time speak ill of me.

(Gospel)

Be kind to yourself
take care of yourself

some people walk
their dogs and
buy them presents
and take better
care of them than
their own selves

and be kind
to others

even if they
upset you

remember
I made them
too

and be good
to your mother
and dad

remember
they make mistakes
too
and I love them
as
I love you
