The prayer of the lowly pierces the clouds;
it does not rest till it reaches its goal,
nor will it withdraw till the Most High responds
(First Reading)

Christ Our Earth

Not to know
or
to forget that

my deepest desire
is
to do God’s will

that I am
rooted
in Christ

is blindness—

to deny that my deepest
desire
is to do God’s will

to deny that I
am
rooted in Christ

is a lie—
delusion

is darkness
is belief in nothing
is death

He came that
we
might have life

and have it
more
abundantly
