A Poem To Sit With
All Souls (Commemoration of
the Faithful Departed)
November 2, 2025

And this is the will of the one who sent me,

that I should not lose anything of what he gave me,
but that I should raise it on the last day. (Gospel)

Compassion is God’s Glory
beyond all our dearest dreams
and that is our hope

recalling Christ’s words to
the good thief

“this day you shall be
with me in paradise”
